Your first 5 seats are free
When we open your company account we credit 5 seats to it. That is five full assessments, with their reports and certificates, before you buy anything. One seat covers one participant.
What one seat includes
- All six sections — grammar, vocabulary, listening, reading, speaking and writing — in about 85 minutes, in one sitting or with breaks between sections.
- An OTO sub-level for the overall result and for each of the six skills, from A1.1 to C1.4, or C2.
- The HR report: what the participant can do at work, all six skills on one scale, strengths, what to focus on next, and the training needed to reach your target level.
- A certificate in OTO's format, carrying an ID that anyone can check on our public verification page.
- Section retakes. When you let someone redo a section, it never uses another seat, and the certificate is reissued.
- The company dashboard for every cohort you run, CSV export, and bulk downloads of reports and certificates.
